Nance has been an absolute joy to work with. I have been deployed to Afghanistan during the building and closing of my home and she has been on top of things the whole time. Nance stayed up with the build, the loan officer, the project manager the closing team and kept me updated the whole time. She got the answers to any questions and sent me pictures to view while I've been deployed. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a home. She has a great report with all the major builders in the area and can surely find you the home you're hoping to find!

Nance was very communicative and responsive whenever I needed her. As a first-time homebuyer, she helped to put my mind at ease with such a daunting task. She even went as far as sending me a list of businesses I needed to contact to officially get life started at the new home she helped me find! I tried to challenge her with as many questions as I could possibly come up with and she effortlessly answered them all! Nance can be best described as professional, tenacious, and, most of all, patient. We had a list of things that we wanted, didn't know where to look, and had little idea of the area market. Nance helped us to recognize reasonable limits to our desires. She exhibited saintly patience as we finally realized that only Niceville would satisfy our entire 'want list'. She showed us home after home and still remained gracious and understanding as we found fault with so many properties. She also found and evaluated local builders. We have been looking for a vacation condo in Fl. for quite a while via the Realty websites. It wasn't until we actually visited the area that we realized how little we knew about this area. We were put in touch with Nance through the link on one condo we thought we wanted to see. Thank Goodness we made the call. This unit was so far off from where we wanted to be. Within an hour after talking with her she sent a list of several units to go visit. Now we are cooking. We went through the units and loved the locations she chose. After visiting two units twice, we made a decision and now we are just days away from owning a great condo on Okaloosa. Nance knows the area very well and has many connections to assist with Insurance, financing etc. We would highly recommend Nance to help you find your property.

Of all the people I talked to, only Nance and one other responded to any of my requests, the others either had a machine to talk to or said they would get back to me but have not yet and it has been 5 working days.
